We offers free and fast delivery service via DHL & UPS (along tracking )

• Delivery time 3-5 business days

A signed for delivery service is used and typical delivery timescales of 3-5 working days should be allowed from e-mail confirmation of dispatch of your order. If you should be out when the courier delivery company or Royal Mail attempt to deliver your order a calling card will be left detailing a telephone number and, or  website address for you to re-arrange delivery. Courier deliveries on the standard free delivery service can be any time between 7.30am and 7.30pm on a weekday (i.e. Monday to Friday),the delivery timescale may extend to a later time during the winter season as this is a particularly busy time of year for the delivery companies.

If you are ordering online and unsure whether you will be in it is always a good idea to add a note at the checkout page within the 'FAX' field as follows for example : 

'deliver to nos. 18 and 20 if out'   or     'deliver to any neighbour if out'

You can also e-mail us with this information by simply replying to the order confirmation e-mail.  Alternatively you can e-mail us at support@leathervista.com  your delivery instruction together with your order name and address.

The warehouse is closed Saturday and Sunday, courier special deliveries have to be booked before 12pm.
